2. How the practice works
Dr Attard Baldacchino directs each engagement and stays across it from beginning to end. Expectations are set accurately at the outset, advice is given within the boundaries the authorities have stated, and the firm acts for its clients directly and accountably.
Much of the practical weight of a move is carried around the legal work itself, as a matter of course rather than as an added service. Where an application or a property transaction calls for a notary or a medical examination, the firm arranges it. The ordinary logistics of arriving in Malta, the details that fall between the formal steps, are coordinated by the firm rather than left to the client. 3. The practitioner
Dr Russell Attard Baldacchino has worked in residency and real estate since 2014 and established Attard Baldacchino in October 2020. He holds a warrant to practise before the courts of Malta, is a Licensed Agent of the Residency Malta Agency under licence RES-BALD, holds Real Estate Agency Licence EA-00174-24, and is an authorised registered mandatary with the Malta Tax and Customs Administration (ARM04271). In Malta, an Advocate is a lawyer admitted to practise before the courts; readers elsewhere would recognise the role as that of an attorney. In his case the same adviser handles both the immigration and the real estate sides of a relocation.
