• My wife Kate and I are American citizens who applied for the Malta Permanent Resident Programme (MPRP) in 2025. Notably, we also completed the process in 2025 (March through November). After an initial period of research, we chose Attard Baldacchino. The fee structure was fair. We were consistently impressed with the services offered, and pleased with the outcomes. Dr. Attard Baldacchino (Russell), Maria and Ayla were very prompt and responsive throughout a smooth process. They were consistently available to answer questions, or to request the information they needed to submit a clean application. The team not only guided us through the governmental application process, but also provided guidance as we sought to establish a residence in Malta.
